When you financially contribute to Hearts & Hammers - Twin Cities, your dollars are put to work in communities around the metro area. All donated funds are used to purchase materials that allow our Program Day teams to rejuvenate private residences, enlivening neighborhoods and enriching the lives of the people we serve.

The donation forms to your right provide you with the opportunity to make a one-time donation or contribute on an ongoing basis for the term you define. Your donation is securely processed and none of your information is provided to third parties.
